3. After you arrange the payment and send us your bank slip, we will put your order down to production, and let you know the ready date in 2 days.
4. When the goods are finished, we will send them by air express, or by sea, or other available shipping methods appointed by customers, and let you know the tracking number and estimated time of arrival.

2. If the customers couldn't repair the products, the products will need to be sent back to us, and we repair and bear 50% freight charge. All of our products are 100% passed strictly quality inspection before delivery.

- We provide a 2-year warranty for CCTV Cameras and DVRs after the shipment date. Defective products under normal usage will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

- This camera supports 4-in-1 video output including AHD, TVI, CVI, and CVBS standards, allowing it to access many brands of HD DVRs.
- What are the minimum illumination levels?
